ORDER - You know when I saw this beautiful Kutumbh on Gubbachhi website and I just ordered it right away for my nephew.

DELIVERY - Everything was smooth untill Shiprocket spoilt my excitment - order was delayed and you know Rakhshabandhan is around the corner. So, I was upset and was unable to get in touch with shiprocket( worst service ever).

SERVICE - Than I got in touch with ABHIJEET somehow (Founder of Gubbachhi). Omg..!! Hes been really kind, he personally looked into the matter and got this delivered the same day by raising a complaint and sharing the screenshot makes him more transparent to the customer.
I'm so glad, being an owner of the company he had gone beyond his limits to make sure that it should be delivered today. They showed me empathy and understood my concern which was immeasurable.
This is the kind of service we all are looking for.. right?

PRODUCT - When i recieved the order. It was worth the wait. It looks the same as shown on the website. Moreover, this kutumbh feels like my own Kutumbh. Got so attached to these, the moment i recieved it.

MORAL OF THE STORY - So it is not only about only the product quality. It is about the service as well. If i cancelled my order than who is gonna check the quality. Highly reccommend this Brand.
