We are thrilled at the prospect of you and your little one enjoying our products. However, should you have a change of heart, we want to assure you that returning your Gubbachhi purchase is hassle-free. While it would sadden us deeply, we understand that circumstances may vary.

Please be informed that our products come with a guarantee against defects of workmanship. However, given their handmade nature, minor irregularities may occur, which we view as a testament to their artisanal quality rather than as defects.

For returns, kindly note our 7-day return policy. To qualify for a return, ensure that the item remains in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Additionally, please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer complimentary pickup for returns, and refunds are processed within 48 hours (for prepaid) or 7 days (for COD) of receiving the product at our facility.

Kindly note that, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for teethers and rattles due to hygiene considerations. We trust you appreciate this precautionary measure.

Regarding order cancellations, please ensure to submit your request before the order is dispatched. Should the order already be in transit, shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
